How do I donate faction to my guild?

Talk to the Luxon or Kurzick Scribe that's in your guild hall.

There's also a guy in Cavalon (for Luxon faction), or House Zu Heltzer (for Kurzick faction) to which you can donate. Remember that your guild needs to be allied to a faction before you can donate. Only the guild leader can declare allegiance.
